Keep your lamps burning!

Jesus is longing for us!

As we long for his return, he longs for it even more.

This is a word of encouragement, from Jesus, for his bride.

I am coming for you very soon!

When you are transformed, you will be amazed!

You will hardly know yourself.

You wonder if it’s real, yet you will know it’s real, as your awareness will be so sharp and finely tuned.

You will be overcome with joy!

You will fall down before me in adoration.

You will delight in me, as I will delight in you, my beloved!

I am longing for this day! I am longing for my bride!

I long to hold you close, to look into your eyes, to gaze upon you.

Oh my bride, time is short. Soon I will be coming to gather you to myself.

I know that things are difficult right now, and I am with you, giving you everything you need to endure.

Trust in me. Keep close to me.

When you hear the trumpet sound, your heart will fill with joy and excitement, knowing you will be meeting me.

Oh, how I long for that day! I long for you, my bride!

The day is drawing very close to my return, and you will be lifted up into the clouds, to meet me!

I will take you to your home in heaven, where you will be with me forever.

You will meet my Father – your Father – who loves you so much!

You will know me, and I will know you!

Your joy will be full, and overflowing!

There will be no end to all I have in store for you.

You will be free – completely free – from all sin.

You will dwell with me in perfection.

Hang on, my bride. I am truly coming soon!

Be ready. Keep watching for me.

Keep your lamps burning brightly!

Do you know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour?

Do you have a personal relationship with him?

If not, do you realise your need for him?

Have you become lukewarm in your walk, and realise your need to recommit your life to Jesus?

Here is a prayer you can say.

Dear Jesus, I am a sinner, and I need you. I thank you for going to the cross to die for me, and for rising again.

I am sorry for everything I have ever done wrong, and I ask you to please wash me clean. I ask you to come into my life to be my Lord and saviour, and I surrender to You.

Please fill me with your Holy Spirit and make me whole. Help me to trust you; help me to love you; help me to live for you. Thank you Lord Jesus, Amen

Whenever we do wrong after this, we need to say we’re sorry and ask for his forgiveness. We need to ask Jesus to help us to change.

Talk to him every day, and listen to him, as he wants to talk to you!

Get a bible: I suggest you begin by reading the Gospels and the Psalms. This will help you to get to know God.

Ask the Holy Spirit to fill you.

Jesus doesn’t promise to make life perfect, in fact there may be more hardship and suffering in following him, but he does promise to give us a purpose and a future: a reason to live!

Please let me know, in the comments below, if you have given your life to Jesus, so I can pray for you.
