For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him.

Holding me together
Lord I’m tired today:
heavy in body and soul.
My sleep was disturbed,
and filled with anxious dreams.
I need you…..
You truly are my strength.
In this time of deep distress
I worship you,
for without you I am nothing.
You are holding the world together.
You truly hold me together
when I would crumble into dust.
I thank you for your many mercies:
for your love…..for your life!
You have given everything
that I might have life in you.
I trust you in this hour,
in this time of need.
I trust you forever…..
for you are everything to me.
